About Majia Lee

Majia Lee has spent decades sitting with people in the hardest places — the places where pushing harder hasn't worked, where cognitive behavioral talk therapy has hit its limits, and where something deeper is asking to be heard. She knows these places well, not just professionally, but personally. That knowing is the ground her work stands on.

Her training is both wide and deep. A master's degree in psychology and doctoral studies in Somatic and Archetypal Psychology form the foundation. This is in addition to certification in Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT), Intensive Trauma Response Therapy (ITR), Tension and Stress Releasing Exercises (TRE), Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Somatic Experiencing (SE), PULSE Mediation, Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP), BodyWay (Eating Disorder Recovery) Coaching, Business Management, Change Management, Leadership and Organizational Development and more.

What sets Majia apart is not just what she knows — it is how she sees. She has an uncommon ability to locate exactly where a person, a couple, or a team is stuck, and to understand what is actually needed to get things moving again. Her work draws on what she calls Generatology — the study of the innate human capacity for self-authorship and innovation through profound complexity, uncertainty, tension and trauma. Through her doctorate research, along with professional and personal experience, she has spent years developing tools and processes that restore access to this vital capacity.

A friend once called her a "white belt master" — recognizing that the more Majia learns, the more genuinely open she remains. She has never stopped being a student of this work. And that, perhaps more than anything, is why her clients trust her.
