Coaching, Facilitation, Training and Consulting

This isn't traditional coaching. It's an invitation to reconnect with something you already carry — the part of you that is both creative and relational, and knows the way toward greater embodied emergence.

This isn't about fixing yourself. It's about restoring access to an innate wisdom that wants to move and evolve.

That restoration is less about effort and more about conditions — the kind that allow what is already in you to soften, move, and transform.

Let life begin to move again — from the inside out.

SERVICE SPECIALIZATIONS

Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP)

The body holds what the mind cannot yet speak. PSIP opens a doorway into that held material — using legal psychedelics to gently lift the lid on even the most complex wounds, so they can finally be met, metabolized, released.

Restore your Relationship with Body and Food

Beneath the struggle with food and body lives a deeper hunger — for sovereignty, for aliveness, for a body you can partner with on the path to self-authorship. This work finds its way there.

The Gift of the Grip

Within every compulsive pattern lives an unmet hunger. Within that hunger lives your highest potential for self-authorship.

The grip of compulsion can feel like the most debilitating place to inhabit. But there is real earning, and sweat, and tears in learning to work with what has taken hold.

On the other side of that threshold lives a freedom and aliveness that is entirely your own.

The Helper's Countertransference

The helping professions attract those with a genuine gift for care — and sometimes, a wound that wears the same face. This work is for the practitioner ready to turn toward their own unlived potential, meet their shadow with honesty, and discover what it means to author their own life — so they can better hold space for others to author theirs.
