 Embodi Aliveness is about reclaiming our humanness—as archetypal, biological, and soul-filled creative beings. Beings unencumbered by the societal norms, standards, and dissociations that have led us to adopt false beliefs about what it means to be human. 

 Why might Embodi Aliveness be important in today’s world?  

Because it offers an answer to so many of our modern-day problems.

The embodiment of our innate aliveness ignites our relational and creative fire, while restoring ethics to innovation. It holds the keys to our capacity to discern, adapt, and create through adversity and complexity—especially when no clear-cut solution presents itself. It helps restore personal agency and mental clarity from compulsive patterns, while awakening our relational strengths to heal and evolve our connections with others.
