Organizational change is becoming more complex as advancements in technology emerges
Uncertainty, complexity, speed of change and more can tear through the trust and engagement of workers.
Along side this, Harvard Business Review suggests that despite the vast knowledge and effort put towards managing the people side of change, transformative change initiatives continue to fail by 60-70% (Ashkenas, 2013).
The books and resources on managing change have increased exponentially, while the rate at which we an adapt to complex change has stayed approximately the same over the past 50 years!
But it does not have to be this way.
